Mandated Reporter Training Effective January 1, 2020, Illinois Public Act 101-564, extensively revises the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. The Act makes training a requirement for all mandated reporters. Mandated reporter training is now required for professionals and every 3 years thereafter. This training is being offered by IMHCA with CEs and is applicable to Mental Health Workers and all other mandated reporters in Illinois.
